From a Simple Idea to Community Impact

OneSpot Services was born in Thika, Kiambu County, from a frustrating personal experience. Our founder, Kennedy, needed a reliable electrician urgently but couldn't find anyone trustworthy. After calling five different numbers, he finally got someone – who showed up late and did shoddy work.

That's when the lightbulb moment happened: "What if there was a platform that connected people with verified, reliable service providers?"

In Feb 2026, we launched OneSpot Services with a simple mission: to make finding trusted local professionals easy, transparent, and stress-free. Starting with just 5 service providers in Thika, we've grown to over 50 verified pros serving hundreds of happy customers.
